Boise State University's Food and Dairy Innovation Center partners to drive food system innovation for societal benefit. Industry partnerships help us identify major food production challenges so we can align relevant and timely needs with student research capabilities and grant funding to find applicable solutions. We strive to be a leader in applied science research, and our vision is to catalyze transformative solutions for real world challenges. Our research and funding currently spans four areas of focus that align strongly with Idaho's economy - dairy, barley, potatoes, and biomass.
