Starting at Boise State University in 2022, Dr. Anna Land is currently an Assistant Professor with the Department of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. She holds a Doctorate in Supply Chain Management and an M.S. in International Food Business and Consumer Studies both from the University of Kassel, and a B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida.  Dr. Land’s research explores supply chain issues across multiple industries and she has partnered with other scholars and industry practitioners to develop solutions.  She teaches on such topics as supplier selection, evaluation and improvement, sustainability performance, and transportation and logistics; and her courses involve some element of community-based learning, where students work on specific challenges local organizations are facing.
