    Dr. Beret Norman has taught at Boise State University since 2004, and now serves as an Associate Professor of German in the Department of World Languages. She has a B.A. in English Literature and German Studies from Augustana College in South Dakota, and both an M.A. and Ph.D. in Germanic Languages and Literatures from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
    Dr. Norman's research interests are in German literature, film, and poetry, and she is an active author, presenter, and book reviewer in these areas. She is also active in professional language associations, and serves as the German Club Advisor here at Boise State.
