About
Dr. Cody Jorgensen started at Boise State University in 2015 and is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice. He earned a Ph.D. in Criminology from the University of Texas at Dallas, a M.S. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Arizona State University, and a B.S. in Forensic Science and a B.S. in Anthropology both from Weber State University. Dr. Jorgensen’s research interests involve biosocial and developmental/life-course criminology, policing and forensics, perceptions and attitudes in crime and criminal justice, and quantitative methods. He is currently a member of the American Society of Criminology and the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences.
