About
Dr. Cynthia Campbell joined the full-time faculty of the Department of Psychology at Boise State University in 2013, and became the director of the Family Studies Program at the same time. She has a Ph.D. in Psychology from The Pennsylvania State University, an M.A. in Psychology, also from Penn State, a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Utah, and a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. Her research interests include identity formation, self-concept, social development, structural equation modeling, and single-subject research, utilizing new person-specific approaches in research methodology. Through her work with Boise State's Family Studies Initiative, Dr. Campbell hopes to draw attention to intervention programs for youth and children in Idaho, and to help create strong alliances between education, the community, and future community leaders.
