Dr. Daibao Guo joined Boise State University in 2018 and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Literacy, Language, and Culture.  She received her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in reading and language arts education from Texas A&M University and her M.S. in Educational Principles focusing on education sociology and teacher education from Capital Normal University in Beijing. Dr. Guo’s recent research focused on the use of visual displays and their impact on reading comprehension particularly in elementary education.
