    About

I have served in research administration roles at the Biomedical Research Institute at Boise State University since 2011. During this time, I have had the opportunity to administratively support faculty, staff and students in many research related activities. This has included program assessment and evaluation, core facility software development and management, student research program management, research supply purchasing, collection and dissemination of annual reports, providing grant proposal content, and training new investigators on the preparation of biosketches and agency-specific annual reports such as the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Research Performance Progress Report (RPPR). In addition, my expertise lies in data management, data analysis and research center managerial and administrative support. This broad range of activities provides me with a deep understanding of core facility management, grants management, and insight into campus interdisciplinary research activities. My analysis of historic information has given me a unique perspective and opportunity to explore program and core best practices and greater impact. I have been able to share gained knowledge with the campus scientific community as well as the community of shared research core facilities nationally.
