About

Dr. Eric M. Martin joined Boise State University in 2016 and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology focusing on youth sports with an emphasis on motivation and passion in activity choices. He received his Ph.D. in Kinesiology from Michigan State University, an M.S. in Sports Studies from Miami University, and a B.S. in Psychology from Colorado State University. Before coming to Boise State he taught as an Instructor at Michigan State University and worked as an Advisory Board Committee Member for the Clinton County Regional Educational Service Agency, and as a consultant for the Lansing Area High Schools, Power Play Lacrosse’s High School Aged Elite Travel Club in Lansing, MI, as well as the Collegiate Varsity Team of Michigan State University.
