Eunbi Sim, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning at Boise State University. Dr. Sim’s research in critical human resource development examines how power and identity shape adult learning, leadership, and organizational life. Grounded in intersectional feminist theory, her work advances critical quantitative inquiry in educational and organizational research, fosters inclusive academic and workplace cultures, and expands the reach of critical scholarship beyond the U.S. context.
