About

Felice B. Klein is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business and Economics at Boise State University.  Previously, she was a member of the faculty at Michigan State University.  She received her Ph.D. from Cornell University in May 2012. Her research focuses on compensation and inequality in the workplace.  In her current research, she studies the role that gender plays on differences in compensation and leadership, and how these differences impact performance at both the individual and organizational levels.
