    Dr. Jayne Josephsen has been teaching community and public health nursing in the RN-BS program at Boise State University since 2006, and also is a consultant with the Northwest Rural Nurse Residency Program in Pocatello, Idaho, and Rural Connections in Boise. She has a Ph.Ed. in curriculum and instruction from Boise State University, an M.S. in nursing education from Idaho State University, a B.S. in nursing from Boise State University, and a B.S. in sociology from Oregon State University. Her research interests include online instructional design and strategies, evidence based nursing education strategies, end of life care competencies for graduate nurses, and the use of simulation in education.
