    Joining Boise State University in 2020, Dr. Joshua Cutler is currently an associate professor with the Department of Accountancy. He received a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Oregon, a J.D. from Harvard Law School focusing on tax and corporate law, and a B.A. in international relations with an emphasis on Latin America from Brigham Young University. His research focuses on the intersection of law, taxation, and accounting. He is especially interested in the religious foundations of tax systems, the history of taxation, and class action securities litigation related to accounting and disclosure.
