    Dr. Kelly R. Rossetto is a professor in Boise State University’s Department of Communication. She received her Ph.D. in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin in 2009. Dr. Rossetto's current research is focused on interpersonal and family communication, with an emphasis on meaning making, coping, and support during stressful events (e.g., deployment, bereavement). She comes to Boise State after a previous appointment as an Assistant Professor at Boston College, where she also served as a board member for program and campaign development in the Office of Health Promotion.  Dr. Rossetto has published in a number of journals, including Communication Monographs, Western Journal of Communication, Journal of Family Communication, and Journal of Social and Personal Relationships. She enjoys teaching Interpersonal Communication, Family Communication, Stress and Coping in Relationships, and Research Methods.
