Dr. Manda V. Hicks returned to Boise State University as faculty in the Department of Communication and Director of Forensics in 2011. She earned her M.A. in Communication in 2006 at Boise State, and served as the Interim Director of Forensics, before leaving to pursue a Ph.D. at Bowling Green State University. Her research interests include communication theories,
feminist theories, qualitative methods, rhetoric, gender, culture, identity, and war.
