    About

    Joining Boise State University as a visiting professor in the summer of 2013, Dr. Hubbard was con-currently a post-doctoral researcher for the Public Policy Research Center. She is now an associate professor for the Department of Public Policy & Administration. She received her Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences and a M.S. in Water Resources from Oregon State University, and a B.S. in Integrated Science from Portland State University. Dr. Hubbard currently teaches courses on environmental and natural resource policy, public policy, and policy analysis. Her research interests include fate and transport of emerging contaminants, water resource policy and management in the western United States, and invasive terrestrial species management to name a few. She is currently a member of the Western Social Science Association, the International Association for Society and Natural Resources among others.
