    Dr. Rulon Wood is an Assistant Professor in Boise State University’s Department of Communication. He received his Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Utah where he also earn an M.F.A. in Film. Dr. Wood has directed several films and promotional videos and received a documentary studies grant. Before coming to Boise State he taught graduate and undergraduate courses as an Associate Professor at Westminster College, published and presented on his work, and was involved with many committees and services to the school. He is currently a member of the University Film and Video Association, the National Communication Association, the Popular Culture Association, and the American Anthropology Associaiton.
