About

Joining Boise State University in 2020, Dr. Samuel C. Ehrlich is currently an assistant professor of legal studies with the Department of Management. He earned a Ph.D. in sports management from Florida State University, a J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a B.S. in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. Dr. Ehrlich’s research interests include athlete fairness in collective bargaining and employment, risk management and tort liability for sport event managers and legal issues in athlete representation. He is currently a member of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business, the North American Society for Sport Management, and the Sports and Recreation Law Association.
