    About

    Sarah Lausch, Ed.D., joined Boise State’s Center for Teaching and Learning in 2022 as part of the Educational Development Team. She holds a master’s degree in Communication Studies and an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, both from Boise State University. Sarah also teaches as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Communication and University Foundations. Her research focuses on strategies to reduce impostor feelings in students, promote mindful teaching practices, and support students in their journey toward self-authorship. She also explores how faculty develop teaching confidence, adopt evidence-based practices, and engage in educational development research.
