    About

    Before coming to Boise State in Fall of 2014, Dr. Mattingly received his Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Louisville and his B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University. During this time he assisted with co-designing a new Entrepreneurial Finance course for the University of Louisville, and contributed as an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Business Venturing, the Academy of Management (AOM) annual conference, and the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) annual conference. Dr. Mattingly’s subject focus is around entrepreneurship and alternative investment finance, and his personal work experience as a Hedge Fund Administrator/Accountant and a Legal/Finance Analyst.
