Starting at Boise State University in the fall of 2018, Dr. Steven J. Pentland is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. He earned a Ph.D. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management Information Systems and a B.S. in Public Administration both from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. Dr. Pentland’s current research investigates how multi-modal behavioral data can be collected, analyzed, and distilled for decision support, primarily focusing on data driven employee selection methods and user-feedback for interview skills training.
