At Boise State University, Dr. Chyung teaches graduate courses on program evaluation, quantitative research, and survey design and data analysis. She is the author of 10-Step Evaluation for Training and Performance Improvement (SAGE, 2019) and Foundations of Instructional and Performance Technology (HRD Press, 2008). Dr. Chyung provides consulting to organizations to perform statistical analysis on their organizational data and conduct program evaluations, often involving students in her research and consulting projects. Dr. Yonnie Chyung received her Doctor of Education degree in Instructional Technology from Texas Tech University and joined the Department of Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning (formerly the Department of Instructional & Performance Technology) at Boise State University in 1996.
