Within-even services at a youth mass gathering: Staff and consumer perspectives

The purpose of this study is to explore within-event health services at Australia's largest youth mass gathering event - Schoolies on the Gold Coast. The research will use cross-sectional surveys, semi-structured interviews and staff observations to understand staff and attendee (youth) perspectives and experiences of the within-event health services. Outcomes will provide a greater understanding of success factors and may identify opportunities to enhance health service delivery at youth mass gatherings.
