Abstract

In order to improve the accuracy of scene annotation, this paper proposes a new annotation method based on improving the image segmentation effect to improve the mapping between image features and high-level semantic expression. Experiments on classical image data sets, the advantages of the improved image segmentation algorithm and the effectiveness of scene annotation algorithm using image segmentation are verified from two aspects of visual observation and numerical evaluation.
