Abstract

Archivists have a strong desire to understand users, and I personally seek out scholarship from non-archivists who offer their perspectives on who archivists are, what archivists do, and our efforts to preserve the historical record. In particular, I appreciate the insights into how to define the archive and their personal experiences.
