Abstract
The Critical Access Hospital Community Apgar Questionnaire (CAH CAQ) has identified 50 factors important to recruitment of family physicians to rural communities. This presentation will compare CAH CAQ results across North Dakota and various rural states. These comparisons may be used to share best practices across CAHs. In addition, statewide education, policy and research initiatives can be developed from these data.
