Abstract
The juried exhibition, “Backroads: Further on Ahead” at the Vestige Concept Gallery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, included an artwork from Lee’s ongoing series the Great Basin Murders. This collaborative body of work combines Lee’s textile artwork with photography by Carrie Quinney, multimedia coordinator in the College of Education. The exhibition which ran July through August “showcased works of art that venture off the beaten path,” according to the gallery.
