Abstract

If you own any books about Idaho, there’s a good chance at least one of them was published by Caxton Printers, founded in 1907 in Caldwell, Idaho. Learn how this tiny publisher in rural Idaho was able to survive and compete with larger eastern firms to become a well-respected press, publishing not only important books about the state and region but also nationally-known authors.
