Abstract
The Critical Access Hospital Apgar Questionnaire has identified 50 factors important to recruitment of physicians to rural communities. Presenters will compare results of advantages and importance ratings across five states and share best practices. Additionally, discussion will include how statewide education, policy and research initiatives can be developed to address common issues.
