Abstract
Library staff are constantly looking for information needs, and identifying ways that we can meet those needs, in our community. How do we serve the unique needs of our communities with inclusive excellence? In this presentation attendees gain practical suggestions on ways to meet the needs of diverse users. Attendees will learn about initiatives on the Boise State University campus around building competencies in diversity and inclusion.
