Research output: Other contribution

Abstract

Designing closed-ended survey items with response scales is not as simple as it sounds. There are many factors to consider (decisions to make). For example, when presenting a fully-labeled Likert-type scale horizontally, you have to decide whether to put the most positive response option,  Strongly Agree , on the left or right side of the response scale.
