 Healthcare organisations could be likened to an aspen grove, in which a single seedling can reinvigorate an entire system
 
 The evolving dynamic of interaction and communication between individuals in a healthcare system can be compared to that of an aspen grove: a single, vast connection in which a tiny sprout can create incredible change and transformation.
