   Let’s talk about performance improvement with toxic workers on the team! 
 The ramifications of working with people who exhibit such characteristics on you, your colleagues, your team, your superiors, and, ultimately, the organization are manifold and should not be underestimated.
 The world of performance improvement focuses on the exemplary worker, but what about workers who are known to “poison, corrupt, pollute and contaminate” (Kusy & Holloway, 2009,p. 3)?
