Abstract

In partial fulfillment of the requirements for OPWL529-Needs Assessment in the Boise State University master of science degree in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning, a team of the first four authors completed a needs assessment focusing on learning accomplishments of hearing impaired students at Alpha University. This case study report describes the needs assessment process and results.
