Abstract

This chapter discusses graduate and graduated student athletes’ college experiences, offering lessons for student affairs practitioners. These implications may extend to other student populations experiencing role conflict, including college athletes who struggle academically, as well as improve the experiences of this specific high-achieving subpopulation of student athletes.
