Abstract

In order for our field to grow, evolve, mature and gain prominence, it would be remiss of me to not consider one of the most important resources— people .

The performance improvement literature is replete with the need for more research, universal models, integration between research and practice, acceptance into citation databases, and so on. But does it also not beg the questions: Who? When? How?
