Abstract

In this paper we implement the simulation and design of a fully organic AMOLED pixel in which OLED current driving and pixel selection is performed by organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). An empirical SPICE-like OTFT model has been developed. A pixel with sandwich structure in which the OLED is deposited on top of the rest of the circuit has been simulated and designed.
