Abstract

The case study looks at how fundamentals of performance improvement were at the core of innovation. PRONTO International is a low-tech simulation for resource-starved environments. Precepts such as taking a systems view, starting with the end in mind, and understanding the intangibles of human behavior were leveraged to help PRONTO achieve and sustain its impact in complex environments.
