Abstract

Electronic cigarettes (ECs) are now commonly used among youth in Western Europe and North America. Although rates of adolescent tobacco use are known to be high in Eastern Europe, little is known about EC use in that part of the world. As might be expected, there are also limited data related to the convergence between EC and conventional cigarette (CC) use in this part of the world.
