Abstract

To inform the implementation of Project Mesha, a goat-farming intervention aimed at marginal and landless households, Aga Khan Foundation commissioned 3ie to conduct a formative study. The authors of this report look into the relevance, feasibility, context and evaluability of the project planned for Muzzafarpur District, Bihar.
