Abstract
As ISPI Montreal tries to find its footing once again as a chapter, it has been lining up a slew of interesting events. Up until now it has hosted five events since its relaunch in October 2013.
On July 10, 2014, ISPI Montreal brought to its community of performance improvement specialists its very second webinar called ISPI Capsule Presentations. The goal of this webinar was multifold; it was an attempt to:
- Provide a sneak peek into THE Performance Improvement Conference (TPIC) 2014 for those who missed it
- Provide those new to performance improvement what ISPI is all about
- Provide emerging professionals or professionals new to performance improvement the array of discussions that ensue at TPIC
- Provide a sense of the quality expected out of submissions to TPIC to those who are new and unfamiliar
