Abstract
In a marketplace that is rife with competition, products, services, thought leaders, and organizations across industries are being constantly reshaped and redefined. Why? Very simply, it is all about survival . And to survive, organizations need to constantly break through the clutter; aim for prominence, if not visibility; and grow their customer bases. Performance parameters and perspectives are constantly being re-evaluated and re-assessed. You may have noticed trade journals today are presenting innovation premium as an indicator against the more traditional indicators such as annual sales growth and 5-year annualized total returns to evaluate an organization's overall performance.
