Abstract
The paper presented the outcome of a behavior imaging study of Boise State University nursing students performing a standardized influenza immunization protocol which was evaluated later by Boise State nursing faculty. The study examined the effectiveness of the new behavior imaging technology in evaluating student clinical skills remotely and the limitations imposed by inter-rater agreement among evaluators.
