Research Trend in Critical HRD: Analyzing Published Papers in AHRD Journals (2005-2019)

본 연구의 목적은 비판적 인적자원개발(Critical HRD) 연구 동향을 탐색하여 비판적 인적자원개발 연구의 현 주소와 앞으로의 방향성에 대해 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위해 AHRD에서 발행하는 HRD분야 전문 국제학술지(ADHR, HRDI, HRDQ, HRDR)에 지난 15년간 게재된 비판적 인적자원개발 관련 논문의 4가지 주요 특성(연구물, 연구자, 연구방법, 연구주제)을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비판적 인적자원개발 연구의 주요 특성을 빈도 분석한 결과, 게재논문 수는 전반적으로 증가하는 추세였으나 특정한 학술지, 소속지역, 연구방법 및 주제에 편중되어있는 특징을 보였다. 둘째, 게재연도에 따른 비판적 인적자원개발연구의 주요 특성을 교차 분석한 결과, 시간이 지남에 따라 이러한 주요 특성이 편중되어있는 양상이 더욱 지속 및 강화되는 경향을 보였다. 셋째, 연구주제에 따른 비판적 인적자원개발 연구의 주요 특성을 교차분석한 결과, 게재학술지, 소속지역 및 활용되는 연구방법의 양상이 연구주제의 특성을 반영하는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 이상의 연구 결과에 대한 논의 및 시사점을 제공하였다.

This study has been conducted to explore the current state and the future direction of critical human resource development(Critical HRD) research. Four major characteristics (papers, researchers, research methods and research topics) of the critical HRD have been analyzed by examining critical HRD papers published over the past 15 years in AHRD journals(ADHR, HRDI, HRDQ, and HRDR). The findings are as follows. First, frequency analysis revealed that the number of published papers has been on the rise overall, but they were biased towards specific journals, regions, research methods and topics. Second, according to the year of publication, cross-analysis showed that the biased state tended to continue or strengthen over time. Third, cross-analysis according to the research topics found that the aspect of the journals, regions to which researchers belong, and the research method reflect the characteristics of the research topics. At last, discussions and implications regarding research results were provided.
