Abstract

The single-particle energy spectrum of the anyon gas is calculated in the Hartree-Fock approximation, for all fractional statistics corresponding to a ground state with an integral number of filled Landau levels. We also compute the first-order shift in the ground-state energy as a function of the statistics.
