Abstract

Incivility and bullying behavior can devastate a nursing academic environment. Purposeful leadership is needed at all levels to transform the culture from one of dissatisfaction to one of civility and respect. Join us for a lively, interactive session on ways to effect organizational change by examining numerous evidence-based strategies to reengineer the culture and create a pathway for achieving results.
