Abstract
Humpty Dumpty, heal thyself: Four fragments of a catalytic RNA can autocatalytically self-assemble back into a covalently contiguous ribozyme. This reaction network (see picture) demonstrates anabolic autocatalysis in which positive feedback occurs at multiple points. (Figure Presented)
