N2 - This paper presents the application of Artificial Intelligence solutions in the management of companies within the telecommunication industry. It focuses on AI technologies such as machine learning, deep learning neural networks, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, big data analytics, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The theoretical part of the paper characterizes intelligent solutions, highlighting their technological aspects, advantages and challenges, with an emphasis on the decision-making process. The research includes a case study analysis conducted in a selected telecommunication company and reviews several practical examples. Key findings demonstrate how AI enhances decision-making, improves service quality, and supports strategic management in the telecommunication sector.
