Abstract
Feed It Forward exemplifies Roger Kaufman's (2005) take on Mega thinking, where the primary focus is to add measurable value for clients and society using one's own job and organization as a conduit. The Toronto-based grocery store reflects the growing awareness that organizations are changing their business practices and behavior by increasing positive engagement with the community (Porter & Kramer, 2006).
