Abstract
The decomposed γ-phase microstructure in a Mn-Cu-Ni-Fe alloy was studied. The study was carried out by using high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and three dimensional atom probe. Results confirmed that the γ-phase was decomposed into Cu-rich and Mn-rich phases in a nanometer scale dimension.
