Abstract

Associate Professor of Sculpture Lily Lee recently gave a lecture on The Great Basin Murders, a collaborative body of work with Carrie Quinney, multimedia coordinator in the College of Education, at the Wilbur D. May Museum in Reno, Nevada as part of the closing reception for a three-month exhibition of the artwork at the museum. This event was part of Reno’s annual Artown Festival.

This ongoing research project aims to increase public awareness and interest in cold cases throughout the Great Basin Region including Idaho, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. Funding for the research comes from the Boise State Department of Art, Design, & Visual Studies and The Wilbur D. May Museum.
